Exciting career opportunity in the Human Resources function, in the capacity of HRBP Education &Training and Employee Relations – Chocolate Plant , based in Cairo 10 th of Ramadan , Egypt.
The main purpose of the role is to drive HR priorities and ensure effective & efficient delivery of HR services that drive top-tier performance of the ISC Functions at the plant in addition to identifying the training needs for all employees and create a comprehensive training plan on yearly basis.
Own/Support the E&T Pillar agenda for the plant and work closely with the Pillar Leads & Teams to identify, plan & build the capability in the team for the delivery of the business needs (CBN)
Identify the training needs for all employees and create a comprehensive training plan on yearly basis.
Implement the training plan; evaluate training effectiveness and areas of improvement.
Responsible for the elaboration and management of the Annual Training Plan.
Develop internal training instructors/Coach.
Identify and eliminate all losses that occur due to lack of knowledge/application of skill by employees, training methodology and training programs
Maintain the database of the organizational skills set requirement and drive the culture of self-directed learning
Responsible for the implementation of training and development programs for leadership team.
Management of Key Performance Indicators from Education and Training.
Ensure the implementation of education and training tools as defined by Regional Education &Training Pillar.
Ensure the implementation of the Pillar according to the IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) methodology.
Provide support to the plant IL6S initiative as required.
Ensure consistent implementation of Education and Training processes across the team.
Develop and implement robust Onboarding and induction plan for new members.
Responsible for managing the Growing Here Learning Activities and Mondelēz Academy in partnership with Plants HRBPs and Line Managers.
Min. 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources as a Learning & Development or Generalist roles with focus on operations and Supply Chain.
Learning & Development Process and Systems.

Organizational Structure Design.
Fluency in English & Arabic.
Proficiency in MS office.
Strong stake holder management skills.
Experience of working in a multicultural teams and environment.
