Exciting career opportunity in the Human Resources function, in the capacity of HRBP Education &Training and Employee Relations – Chocolate Plant , based in Cairo 10 th of Ramadan , Egypt.

The main purpose of the role is to drive HR priorities and ensure effective & efficient delivery of HR services that drive top-tier performance of the ISC Functions at the plant in addition to identifying the training needs for all employees and create a comprehensive training plan on yearly basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own/Support the E&T Pillar agenda for the plant and work closely with the Pillar Leads & Teams to identify, plan & build the capability in the team for the delivery of the business needs (CBN)

  • Identify the training needs for all employees and create a comprehensive training plan on yearly basis.

  • Implement the training plan; evaluate training effectiveness and areas of improvement.

  • Responsible for the elaboration and management of the Annual Training Plan.

  • Develop internal training instructors/Coach.

  • Identify and eliminate all losses that occur due to lack of knowledge/application of skill by employees, training methodology and training programs

  • Maintain the database of the organizational skills set requirement and drive the culture of self-directed learning

  • Responsible for the implementation of training and development programs for leadership team.

  • Management of Key Performance Indicators from Education and Training.

  • Ensure the implementation of education and training tools as defined by Regional Education &Training Pillar.

  • Ensure the implementation of the Pillar according to the IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) methodology.

  • Provide support to the plant IL6S initiative as required.

  • Ensure consistent implementation of Education and Training processes across the team.

  • Develop and implement robust Onboarding and induction plan for new members.

  • Responsible for managing the Growing Here Learning Activities and Mondelēz Academy in partnership with Plants HRBPs and Line Managers.

  • University Degree.

  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources as a Learning & Development or Generalist roles with focus on operations and Supply Chain.

  • Learning & Development Process and Systems.

  • Workforce Planning & Staffing.

  • Organizational Structure Design.

  • Performance Management.

  • Fluency in English & Arabic.

  • Proficiency in MS office.

  • Strong stake holder management skills.

  • Experience of working in a multicultural teams and environment.

  • Team Player; ability to support and lead to achieve common goals.

  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills.

  • Problem solving: Proactive and resourceful in solving problems, offering innovative and practical solutions in dynamic environment.
