Business Development Manager Smart Energy

Use your knowledge of customers, the industry and competition to identify and pursue opportunities for growth for Honeywell's Smart Energy business. You will develop the regional strategy to gain new customers in current markets, and to identify ways to penetrate new markets and channels. You will partner closely with Honeywell business leaders and various functions to define a long term roadmap, which will include building strategic customer relationships, the identification of potential mergers or acquisitions, joint ventures, and developing other strategic alliances.Build a roadmap that will lead the way to success for Honeywell's future in [geography or product portfolio description

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Demonstrated analytical, planning and problem solving skills

  • Excellent knowledge of the industries served
  • MBA or Advanced Business Degree is preferred
  • Prior leadership role, managing distributed teams
  • Expertise in building business relationships
