IDC Consultant in Cairo, Egypt
IDC MEA is seeking to hire a Consultant for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey operations, to be based out of the Cairo office. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the end-to-end management of complex projects in Egypt and outside, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

End to end management of projects while assuring high quality, timely delivery, and scope and budget compliance.
Working closely with IDC’s internal research teams to ensure delivery of market research and analysis for the projects that are aligned to client needs.
Developing a high level of engagement with senior stakeholders at the customer organization, and ensuring a high level of client servicing and customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with the sales team to support and develop new opportunities to grow the business.
Overseeing the development of frameworks and models, business cases, roadmaps and action plans for C-level executives within government, telecommunications and IT provider organizations.
Master’s degree in management or similar from a reputed university with strong academic record at all levels
At least 7 years of experience in the ICT sector, with a reputed ICT consulting or advisory firm, or a telecommunication or IT provider
At least 4 years of project management experience, preferably with a reputed consulting or advisory firm or a telecommunication or IT provider
Significant experience engaging with senior stakeholders at government organizations, regulators, and telecommunication providers.
Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
High-value personal qualities - resourceful, responsible, tenacious, independent, self-confident, high energy, etc.
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent English communication skills – oral, written and presentation skills; Arabic language skills will be a bonus.
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and similar software
Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
