Inside Partner Marketing Manager MEA, Partner Marketing
Reporting to the Inside Partner Marketing Director within EMEA Partner Marketing, this role involves building co-marketing, partner demand generation plans to drive cloud pipeline in the mid-market space. Regular close liaison with the Alliances and Channels cluster leaders and sales leads is essential, as well as, sharing best practice with the wider Inside Partner Marketing team.
This is a ‘hands-on’ role that needs a proactive approach to ensure success. The successful candidate will be a relationship builder with excellent communication, execution and project management skills with a keen focus on results.
Ideally based in Oracle office Dubai or Cairo.
Plan and execute Demand generation activities with Channel Partners and VADs via a programmatic approach.
Become an integral part of the go to market team for the region (sales/marketing).
Manage and track pipeline by campaign against agreed targets.
Drive activities that encourage new partners to participate in marketing activities with Oracle.
Programmatically work with sales to migrate the on-premise installed base to the cloud with agreed partners.
Actively engage partners to move to digital marketing as part of integrated packaged campaigns. Success Criteria
Managed budget plans and opportunity forecasts.
Tracking of opportunities through OMM and tracking of expected ROI (pipeline over investment)
Report once per quarter the outcomes of campaigns.
Qualifications & skills required
Experience of Channel Marketing in region.
Knowledge of the local IT Market: key market trends, key players, industries.
Knowledge of Marketing current marketing disciplines and demonstrable competencies in technology Marketing
Understanding of partner driven marketing campaigns, audience generation and segmentation of customers
Budget & project management skills
Experience of working with third party suppliers and managing agencies
Experience of using marketing and sales processes and systems
Results and team-work oriented
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
The primary focus of a Business Development Consultant is to generate demand for Oracle solutions and services through a mix of inbound calls and outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical
As a Telesales Business Development Representative you will act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business with inbound telemarketing calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.
Ability to demonstrate time management, telesales skills and knowledge of Oracle products and services (training provided). Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products preferred. Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred. Two years relevant business experience preferred.
