As L and D Business Partner , you will play a vital role in improving patient's lives in the territory.
The scope of the position holder as beyond delivering Trainings and to stress on the importance of Business Partnering as the new model for different supporting functions in AZ.
The position is both Field and office based responsible for implementation of activities for establishment of scientific leadership of AstraZeneca. This includes development and enhancement of professional relationships with all stakeholders to ensure better skills and capabilities in order to have the best outcome for all assigned targets and goals.
Designing and customizing the training modules according to the organization development needs and objectives
Effectively delivering the classroom training based on the yearly training calendar
Managing the evaluation process of the classroom training impact on the employees’ performance
Managing and follow-up the induction training process for the newly hired employees
Coaching the coaches in the field based on the global coaching focuses
Improving the coaching quality by managing the qualitative coaching reports and matrix among the organization
Responsible for designing and implementing the DNA for the assigned line/function based on the agreed development needs
Actively participate in managing underperformers sessions and plaining for customized development solutions
Responsible for improving the IDP quality in terms of creation and implementation for the assigned lines/function
Adjusting workshops/ refreshment sessions that aligned with AZ brands initiatives & campaigns
Ensuring high level of scientific leadership for all brands in the assigned lines
SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES NEEDED
Essential Skills required:
Experience as training manager in a pharmaceutical company
At least 3 years experience in training management
At least two years experience in pharmaceutical sales
Ability of Self and others Awareness & Development
Has an excellent coaching skills
Demonstrate high level of scientific leadership
Show effective cross functional collaboration
Learning & Development Strategy
Creating and managing the AZ L&D Strategy
Collaborating with the stakeholders leaders
Partnering with external vendors
