Dell Service Product Manager in Cairo, Egypt

Job Description:

  • Quickly learn technologies as they are developed and released by Product Engineering teams.

  • Perform customer and services maintenance testing (examples, code upgrade, system expansion, part replacement and remote connectivity)

  • Drive enhancements to our customer and Services experience through collaboration with Services Program Management and Development Engineering

  • Work with Services teams to optimize operational excellence in our maintenance procedures.

  • Effective communications through documentation, data analysis, and presentations of your findings to our stakeholders and product design influencers.


  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and products (implementation level)

  • Working knowledge of PC or Server Hardware and Components or troubleshooting experience

  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge such as one of shell or C++ or Python, Perl etc..

  • Linux or Windows or Unix Basic System Administration

  • IP or Fibre Channel Networking protocols experience or knowledge

  • Understanding of Computing and Storage Virtualization a plus

  • IT infrastructure, cloud architecture and industry knowledge a plus
