Dell Service Product Manager in Cairo, Egypt
Quickly learn technologies as they are developed and released by Product Engineering teams.
Perform customer and services maintenance testing (examples, code upgrade, system expansion, part replacement and remote connectivity)
Drive enhancements to our customer and Services experience through collaboration with Services Program Management and Development Engineering
Work with Services teams to optimize operational excellence in our maintenance procedures.
Effective communications through documentation, data analysis, and presentations of your findings to our stakeholders and product design influencers.
Ability to quickly learn new technology and products (implementation level)
Working knowledge of PC or Server Hardware and Components or troubleshooting experience
Basic programming or scripting knowledge such as one of shell or C++ or Python, Perl etc..
Linux or Windows or Unix Basic System Administration
IP or Fibre Channel Networking protocols experience or knowledge
Understanding of Computing and Storage Virtualization a plus
IT infrastructure, cloud architecture and industry knowledge a plus
